The Pittsburgh Steelers can’t seem to catch a break with the injuries.
Just a couple of days before that must-win clash vs. the Los Angeles Rams, they might find themselves without their most important piece.
According to a report by Nick Farabaugh of Steelers Now, T.J. Watt’s name was a late addition to the practice injury report with a heel issue.
T.J. Watt popped up today with a heel injury. He did not practice.

Needless to say, he couldn’t partake in Thursday’s practice as a result of the injury.
This comes as a bit of a surprise, as he had been a full participant in Wednesday’s session.
As of now, it’s unknown whether he suffered the injury during practice, is lingering from a game, or if he suffered it just today, as the team has yet to reveal any more information.
It might not be anything serious, but his availability should be something to keep a close eye on as we approach Sunday’s tilt with Matthew Stafford and company.
Mike Tomlin’s team has also been without OLB Nick Herbig, who has been limited for the entire week with a groin injury.
The Steelers are also dealing with an injury to outside linebacker Nick Herbig, who has been limited throughout the week with a groin ailment.
Should Watt and Herbig be forced to sit, Tomlin would have to roll with Markus Golden, with David Perales also picking some of the slack opposite Alex Highsmith.
As for any other injuries, TE Pat Feriermuth was limited with a lingering hamstring injury, but he’s still expected to suit up.
