The Pittsburgh Steelers have a big problem on their hands right now.
George Pickens has driven plenty of negative attention over the past week or so, first for his blatant lack of effort and not blocking for Jaylen Warren and then for his constant antics and tantrums mid-game and on social media.
With that in mind, NFL legend Shannon Sharpe had an interesting choice of words for him in his Nightcap show with Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson.

Sharpe believes it’s about time Pickens starts leading by example instead of running his mouth.
He believes that leaders need to prove to everybody that they’re not going to ask for anything that they wouldn’t do themselves as well.
Sharpe asked him what he’s going to do with his greatness, and that’s actually a great question.
There’s absolutely no one in the league who could deny that Pickens is a special kind of talent and the kind of young wideout that every single team would love to have on their roster.
But what about accountability and maturity?
You need to handle yourself like a professional.
It’s understandable that he’s frustrated with his team’s lack of success on the offensive end of the field, but not putting up effort and giving up on plays where you could even get your teammate hurt, simply isn’t the way to go, especially for a second-year player.
Pickens is rubbing his teammates the wrong way, and it’s almost impossible to come back from that when you lose your locker room’s trust.
