The Pittsburgh Steelers have plenty of things to figure out right now.
The first thing they need to do is beat the Baltimore Ravens in the season finale and hope other teams give them a hand to secure a postseason spot.
But even after that, even after the end of the season, they need to figure out what to do with their quarterback situation.
There has been a lot of talk surrounding Kenny Pickett lately, from reports that stated that he didn’t want to back up Mason Rudolph and whatnot.
Pickett was quick to deny those rumors, and he now took to social media to show some love to T.J. Watt, Minkah Fitzpatrick, and Miles Killebrew following their Pro Bowl selections (via Steelers Depot on Twitter).

That’s nothing unusual, and it’s just what one would expect from one of the team’s leaders, but it could also speak volumes about his place in the locker room.
A couple of weeks ago, Steelers legend Ben Roethlisberger called the offense out for their lack of leadership, and that looked like a dart at Pickett.
Pickett hasn’t been a vocal leader, at least outside of the locker room, which is normal for a second-year pro entering his first full year as a starter.
But with all the noise around him and the doubts about his future, perhaps Pickett believes it’s time to be more assertive and let everybody know that he’s bought in and committed to the organization and wants to be a part of the team for years to come.
