The Pittsburgh Steelers still have a chance to make the playoffs.
It’s not going to be easy, and most people know they shouldn’t have put themselves in this position to begin with, but it’s still possible nonetheless.
That’s why Steelers star wide receiver Diontae Johnson recently took to Twitter and seemingly took a big shot at the fans, calling them out for being so negative.
lol yaw so negative it’s sad.

For the Steelers to make the playoffs, they need a win over the Baltimore Ravens and a Buffalo Bills loss or a win and a loss/tie by the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Pittsburgh could also get in with a win if the Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texans tie their game, or if they tie to the Ravens, the Colts and Texans do not end in a tie, and the Jaguars lose.
Last, but not least, the Steelers could even get in with a loss, assuming the Jaguars lose, the Denver Broncos win, and the Colts and Texans do not end in a tie.
It’s tricky and kind of disappointing, but the fact that Pittsburgh still has an opportunity to go the distance after everything that’s happened this season speaks volumes about head coach Mike Tomlin’s leadership.
The Steelers offense has finally come to life with Mason Rudolph under center, and the team will continue to roll with him despite Kenny Pickett reportedly being healthy enough to regain control of the offense.
Perhaps Johnson is right, and there’s absolutely nothing to be worried about, so we can only hope for the best at this point.
